We made a new twist to a old trade by turning an older motel into efficiency apartments, now called Wren Apartments. All units are well suited for the individual who needs an affordable furnished place to stay on a short term month to month lease. We provide nice, quite, and safe places to stay, a couple of which are just on the edge of town. Remember, these are apartments and you will be responsible for your own cleaning. The only time your unit will be entered is once a month for routine maintenance or when you notify us of a needed repair. If you are in need of some good old southern hospitality this is the place for you.
Units are furnished with queen beds. All utilities are included. There is a on-site laundry. We do not have Internet or phones. Only 2 people per unit. We do not allow pets.
